MBA, PhD

As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, I have over two decades of experience of working in an organisational development consultancy and as a line manager. My experience spans the private, public and not for profit sectors, including energy, FMCG, retail, telecommunications, financial, education, health and beauty, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and electronic.

I have a MBA from the European School of Management, Paris and a Masters in Occupational Psychology, Birkbeck, University of London. Also, I have completed my Chartership with the British Psychological Society. In addition, I have undertaken a PhD exploring career mobility with the University of Derby. I am level A and B accredited and have the license to use Emotional Intelligence™ diagnostics, MBTI™, 16PF™ and OPQ™. In addition, I am a NLP Practitioner with ITS.

I was a senior consultant with the HayGroup for many years, and during this time I was a member of the project team who was awarded the MCA Award Highly Commended with Amerada Hess for ‘Creating Value to Triple Growth Rates’.

Currently I run evolve business as a way of passing on the techniques of leadership assessment, organisational development and outplacement. I am a guest lecturer on the MBA and Executive MBA Programmes at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham University and a business mentor with the Princes’ Trust. In addition, I am also the chairperson and a founding trustee of Evolve Transition Trust, which aims to support vulnerable and challenged individuals through life transitions.
