I am a trained career counsellor with Career Counselling Services Ltd. Between 1997-2003 I was a Senior Consultant with the HayGroup, a leading international human resources consultancy. Here I worked with leaders across many FTSE 100 businesses, including Unilever, Sainsbury’s and Philips Electronics. My work involved helping them to improve their current performance, choose new roles and build their career prospects.
I have an MBA from EAP, European School of Management, Paris.
